4 Days Til the big Move

WE ARE MOVING ON FRIDAY!!! I can not believe that we actually found the 'perfect' house for us!! It is in the same town we live in now, just a newer, bigger, nicer house!! I'm going to be so sad to leave our house behind, since there were so many wonderful memories there, and Ryan did such a great job fixing it up! (it really was a total dump when he bought it, but turned in into a beautiful home for us!) Our New house is twice the size of ours, with an awesome kitchen, 5 bedrooms, a huge front entry, 2 large closets in the master bedroom with an ensuit, a MASSIVE basement with a fireplace, and 2 bedrooms....one which will become my sewing/crafts/scrap booking room.... I think I am most excited about having that room in the new house!!! Anyways I am now starting to freak out that we have SO much to do to get ready to move. So much more packing, and with Ryan working until Thursday I am pretty much on my own!! Augh, so much work, but I don't want to complain cuz in the end it will be awesome!! wish us luck!

Warnings

Today I am Officially in my 2nd trimester!! Yahoo!! hopefully all the 'crazy 1st trimester symptoms' are over!! I also thought I would enlighten everyone with a few more of the crazy symptoms that I wish I was warned about!!

#1) Total Airhead : You seriously have the brain capacity of a 3 year old. Even if you just learnt something 2 mintues ago its like you don't have a clue what your doing

#2) Bumps and Bruise: You will notice about 9 new bruises per day on your body cuz you are so clumsy!! You can't seem to walk in a straight line to save your life. From my desk at work to the bathroom it is a straight hallway, I have yet to walk that "straight" line without running into my desk, fax machine, a door frame or a wall....i swear everything is out to get me!

#3) Extreme Forgetfulness: You wouldn't remember anything for longer than 13 seconds at a time

#4) Tears Tears & Tears: You will cry over the littlest and stupidest things! I seriously cry during every show that I watch including full house, American idol and family guy

#5) pizza face: Stock up on cover up cuz I rarely get pimples, and if I do it is a tiny little one that's hardly noticeable,....but not lately, geesh thank goodness for cover girl is all I gotta say!

So these are defiantly things that I wish someone had warned me about so I didn't think that I was completely loosing my mind and going crazy. But like I said hopefully I can find where I left my brain and all these crazy symptoms will go away now that I'm 13 weeks!!!

Baby's Heart Beat

Yesterday I had the best day ever!! I heard the most amazing thing....My baby's Heart Beat!! It took the doctor a while to find it, but once he did I was so glad he took his time and found it for us to hear!! I thought I was excited before about being pregnant but after hearing my baby I'm beyond thrilled!! To make the day even better we put an offer in on the "perfect" house for us and it got accepted!! **YEAH** All in the same day we even found a buyer for our house!! Is that a good day or what!!!

I've been wanting to post the pictures of the day I found out I was prego but kept forgetting so here they are!!

The Perfect Man!!

I absolutely have the best boyfriend in the world! He spoils me rotten and I love every second of it!! For Valentines day this year he couldn't be home with me, but still made it the best valentines day ever!! To start he had huge bouquet of my favorite flowers delivered to me at my office!!

Then he set up a scavenger hunt for me to do valentines day morning. When i woke up There was a card sitting on my dresser with the first clue in it saying "Hey babe sorry I can't be here with you on Valentines day, but since i do love you so much I decided to make it fun Anyway and have you do a treasure hunt. So here is your first clue.....skip skip skip to my Lou off to Michigan I go....No good enough here is another "Go Wolf pack!!" Which lead me to our trailer where I found this:

Within that I found my next clue saying: "Good work honey, I'm glad you found your first clue. Here's the next one, Now I know you just cleaned the house but you missed a spot and its kinda bugging me. So while your up there you should find your next clue, BUT be careful I don't want you falling off the chair while cleaning so high" So I grabbed a chair and looked on top of our cupboards and found this:

A Yummy box of chocolates!!! He sure knows the way to my heart!! Taped to the chocolates was my next clue "Thanks I'm glad you clean up here it was getting kinda messy. Now Here's an easy one. Rub a dub dub 6 people in a tub" Which of course led me to our hot tub to find:

Which was the movie "The Notebook" My next clue said: "I have a password and here you will find your next clue: And that was a cute heart shaped candle! Now the next clue had me stumped for quite a while but i finally solved it: "I keep things from getting muddy. I am black and kinda sexy, although from some of the rough goes, I've still had a ketchup mess or two within me" This lead me to the his quad, where he has a storage box on the back of it that we keep our hot dogs, buns, ketchup etc, in for the long rides!!

The book I found in there is a photo album for our baby!!! The Next clue said " Your doing a good job so far. now for the next clue, I am sorta messy, I have lots of wicks within me, you may need a flash light to find me, but I am in there so don't forget me. P.S. I love you!!

This lead me to our coffee table which is a complete mess, but where we store all our candles! Above is the picture of the stuffed puppy dog that was in there! And the last clue said "I am green and kinda breezy, and you will find me in the middle of me" Which lead me to his back up work truck to find this!!

A beautiful White Gold Heart Shaped Necklace with a cute little diamond in the middle!!!

Now can anyone tell me that this guy is not beyond wonderful!!! I absolutely LOVE Ryan and am so unbelievable thankful for what an amazing person he is, and that he is all mine!!!

My New Best friend!!

I would like to introduce my newest bestie, Mr. T!!!

Mr. T and I hit it off right away, we first met about a month ago, and seem to really enjoy each others company. He's such a great friend, we met up daily and he's always there when i need someone to lean on. I don't know what i would do with out him. However he does have a few down falls, (but who doesn't right?) he's extremely cold to touch, and lets not mention that horrible smell he sometimes has! Never the less he's always there for me, weather we're at home, at the store, or another person's house, he's almost become like a shadow to me! I seem to be spending more time with him than i do with my real boyfriend, hopefully we can soon cut our ties a little and only met up a few times a week, instead of 5-6 times a day, so Ryan doesn't get too jealous!

Thanks Mr. T for being such a great pal to lean on!!

World's worst speller!!!

I am officially the worst speller in the world!!!

I was reading back on my old posts today and came across about 982 spelling errors!! I never realized that there was a spell check on here before, but now that i know i will defiantly be using it!!! People reading my blog (if anyone even does) were probably laughing their butts off at my horrible spelling and bad grammar... i know i was!!! HA

Hoewver I was ocne tlod taht no mtater how bad of a spller you are as lnog as the frist and lsat lteters are in the coerrct sopt, popele can sitll raed waht you are wirttnig!!!

So, does it really matter if i can spell or not!......

(oh boy i think i am going to give the speller checker a heart attack with this post!)

BABY ON THE WAY!!!

Finally all my dreams are coming true!! after waiting for so long i finally get to be a MOMMY!!
I am 8 weeks pregnant and due September 16th!! We are so excited and can not wait!!
So far I've been feeling alright, I am nauseous with heartburn about 90% of the day and gag over every new smell i encounter but other that that I've been feeling great!! I have a funny story I have to tell about the over sensitive smell thing. I was in IGA and you know how every isle has a different smell...well like I said I gag over every new smell, so needless to say as i was grocery shopping I was gaging up and down every new isle or new section!! lol i got some pretty discussed looks so I grabbed what i needed and got outta there as quickly as i could!!
My belly is already getting big and I'm starting to show!! i can't wait to get a huge prego belly and waddle around!! The only thing that might be hard is being 7 /8 months during the hot summer months! oh well it will all be worth it!! We were planning for a June baby so that I wouldn't have to go through the summer all hot and sweaty but unfortunately it took us 3 months to get our little baby! But like I said it will all be worth it!!
I've never been more excited about anything as I am to become a mommy!! wish me luck that everything continues to go well!!

2008

2008 was such a great year!! There were so many changes in our lives, many ups and many downs, positives and negatives, but overall defiantly more positives than negatives, making it a great year! Even with the "negatives" came positives as each and everything we go through is a stepping stone with a lesson to be learnt.

My favorite event that happened in 2008 was defiantly the birth of my puppies!! For those of you who don't know Our Beagle, Harley, had 7 beautiful little pupz!!

Here is "big mama" as we called her about a week before giving birth!!

We had a "puppy photo shoot" and here are my 6 angels sleeping! I'll post more pictures of them individually later and I promise they will be the cutest puppy pictures you will ever see!!


Speaking of cute little furry animals here is another one that was extremely friendly, but defiantly an unwelcome guest!

We were out camping and this little baby bear came into our campsite about 12 times! no matter what we tried we just couldn't keep him away. I came out of the trailer to grab a drink from the cooler and to my surprise there was the bear just hanging out, laying down eating our dog food!

We did a lot of camping this summer so we upgraded our trailer to a toy hauler and we absolutely love it!!

We now have plenty of room for the 2 of us, 3 dogs and to haul our 2 quads!

Speaking of quads, my Valentines day present from Ryan was a brand new 450 Suzuki King Quad!! I had no idea he was getting if for me, it was quite the surprise! I came home from work and he was in the garage with his 2 friends, so he called me out to join them. Well His one friend had his quad there and MY quad was the exact same color as his other friends. So here i am just thinking that those quads belong to both those people! Everyone was just standing there looking at me with an excited look on their face waiting for my reaction. Finally Ryan says "so how do you like that quad" ...me completely clueless says "yeah its nice, so you guys going riding tomorrow!" ha! needless to say i felt like a big dummy when i finally realized that this was a big set up to surprise me with my gift!!

Well with a new trailer and a new quad we decided we needed something to pull this stuff with so off we went looking for a new vehicle and decided to go with a 2008 F150 crew cab. My vehicle that i had prior to our new truck was awesome!! it was a2008 Ford Escape, that was 'kiwi' Green! the best color ever!!

So here is the truck that was 'my baby.' I don't have any pictures of our new truck..... but its blue...... navy blue, and looks like a truck! It was a hard switch at first but once winter hit, to have the heated leather seats was a dream!! I know my butt sure appreciated the heated leather!

So needles to say this was an expensive year but well worth it all!

We were able to get away more than just camping and we headed down to Vegas for a few nights!!

We stayed at the Luxor hotel and loved every minute of it!! Vegas is so breath taking, a rush, a thrill, and really the city that never sleeps! We ended up being awake until about 4 am every night and it seemed to always feel like 12 in the afternoon with how many people were still wide awake, having a good time!!!....words really can't explain Vegas, you really just have to go there and experience it yourself!!

This year we both turned 23!! We celebrated Ryan's birthday in Vegas and my birthday here at home!

Ryan woke up at 4:00 in the morning before work to decorate the house, cook me breakfast (Strawberry waffles, with whip cream and rice pudding) and bought me 6 dozen bouquets of flowers for my birthday! what a guy eh!!

Some other exciting things of 2008 were finding out the engagements our of best friends Sandy and Omar, Ryan's cousins Stacey and Darren, and my Brother, Derrick and Sharon's. The summer of 2009 will be wedding crazy but i defiantly can't wait for them all!!

We finished off 2008 with a fun ski trip with my sister and her boyfriend, then brought in the new year playing games with the family!

So as i said 2008 was an awesome year!! I am so excited to see what 2009 has in store for us!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Things were different this year as it was my first Christmas away from my family!! The great part about it though was that we got to spend it here at home with Ryan's Family!! Ryan and I opened our gifts from each other on Christmas Eve, then Christmas morning we had his family come over to our house for breakfast and to open gifts here! We then headed over to his parents house for Turkey dinner and lots of fun games!! Everyone keeps asking me everything that i got for Christmas so here is the list from Ryan and his family, as we have yet to open gifts from my family yet! p.s. I totally got spoiled

Gingerbread Houses!!!

On December 21st we had our 2nd Annual Gingerbread House competition!! One day i mentioned that i had never made a gingerbread house before so we decided to have a fun night to build some. Last year it ended up becoming a singles competition where we each built our own houses, and posted them on Facebook to let everyone vote on their favorites (Ryan claims that we tied for 1st place, but i think i won!) haha!! This year we did a couples competition so Ryan and I put our mad construction skills together and came up with a masterpiece!
